The employees at the Rally's in Bloomington, Indiana are just fabulous. Aside from a few minor hiccups that they have fixed better than I could have hoped, the employees are courteous and competent. As with any fast food establishment, they are probably underpaid and overworked, but they continue to strive to provide a pleasing customer experience. I want to say thanks for all that you do!
